School Banking Programme, Waikato & Bay of Plenty

First Credit Union currently has almost 40 local schools participating in the school banking programme. Pupils at participating schools can open a passbook savings account and make regular deposits of any value at their school each week.

To encourage your child’s saving, children are rewarded with an incentive pack for regular deposits. They will also receive our quarterly educational newsletter, kidsfirst, with activities and competitions to help them learn.
